What we can’t promise: Keptly isn’t end-to-end encrypted. Our servers and AI providers read your notes in order to structure them.

This website

L11S, MB (company code 304930744, Kazio Ulvydo g. 11-5, Vilnius, LT-08355, Lithuania) runs this website and is the controller of what it collects.

Your visit. The pages that sell Keptly report themselves, the site that linked to them, their address’s utm_ tags, and the buttons you press, to Keptly’s own server. There are no ads, and no third-party trackers or analytics. These records are read only by Keptly’s production engineers and their coding agents. If you later create an account, your earlier visits join it, and they’re deleted with it.

Asking for an invite. The address you leave is kept on Keptly’s server in the EU, with the page you asked on and when, on a wait list only Keptly’s production engineers can read. We use it to invite you and to write to you about Keptly, and remove it once you’re invited or if you ask.

Paying. Payments are handled by Stripe, which sees your card and your address under its own privacy policy. We keep a record of who paid.

Hosting. Cloudflare serves this website. Like any web host, it sees your IP address and the pages your browser asks for, under its own privacy policy.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@trykeptly.com. You can also complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
