Refunds

A full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.

Write to hello@trykeptly.com within 30 days of your first payment, from the address you paid with, and you’ll get all of it back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

You can cancel at any time by writing to the same address. Your membership runs to the end of the month or year you paid for and doesn’t renew. A founding price ends when you cancel.

Cancelling doesn’t touch your account or your notes. You can ask for your notes, or delete your account in Settings, at any time.
