Who you’re dealing with

What Keptly is

Keptly turns the notes you say or type into tasks, reminders, people, places and how you felt. It’s young and changes often, and it’s offered as it is. You must be an adult to use it. It’s not a medical service, and it’s no place to rely on for anything urgent.

Membership

A membership is a subscription to Keptly at the price shown when you join, in US dollars with no tax added, renewing each month or year until you cancel. A founding price stays yours for as long as you stay subscribed.

Getting in is by invitation for now. An invitation is free and separate from membership: paying doesn’t buy one, and one never asks for payment.

Refunds and cancelling

See Refunds: in full within 30 days, no questions asked, and you can cancel at any time.

Your notes

Your notes are yours. The privacy promise says how they’re handled, and you can ask for them or delete them at any time.

If something goes wrong

We keep backups and work to keep Keptly running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, including mistakes in what it finds in your notes or when it reminds you. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer. Lithuanian law applies, without taking away the protection of the law where you live.

Changes

We’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before a change to these terms that affects you, so you can cancel first.
